Legal Disconnect Between Being a Survivor and Parolee

The purpose of this panel is to address challenges formally incarcerated domestic violence survivors face as they navigate reentry. Often times expectations of an individual who is a parolee, conflict with the need for confidentiality and support systems required for someone seeking protection as a domestic violence survivor. Conflicts and potential solutions will be discussed.
